Architect Peter Conard took Second Place in the Kitchen Category at the 12th Annual Northwest Design Awards Gala.  This Bellevue residence was a shared project between SCA and DA STARK Interiors.

I’m trilled to be part of this year’s Seattle Homes & Lifestyles 2010 “Home of the Year” contest.   There were many fabulous entries, and the judging was lots of fun – Be sure you pick up the November/December issue for the results!

Be sure to pick up the new Summer issue of Luxe to see the photo spread of Dixie’s work on a new, high-end residential condo show house.  Dixie integrated both a vintage chandelier and hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper with custom made benches and a gold leaf dipped Benjamin Burts bowl in this spectacular 29th floor Puget Sound view residence!

Seattle Homes & Lifestyles has a great article in the current May issue featuring some of our fabulous vintage Fortuny Raspberry pillows.  I’m always looking for vintage Fortuny fabric to design pillows.  I have several in stock in various shapes, patterns and colors in the showroom.

Dixie Stark was interviewed on NBC’s (King5) “New Day Northwest” show to talk about her project at Escala.
